2. Select the reading source, utilizing the radio buttons: Manual or TLG

3. If the TLG option is selected, click on the Read TLG button. The Wet Inventory fields are

auto-populated, otherwise enter the data manually

4. Click OK to save changes

5. Click Close to return to the main screen

6-5. RECONCILIATION TAB

The Reconciliation screen, accessed by selecting the Reconciliation tab (see Figure 6-12), enables

reconciliation of total delivered and dispensed volumes based on two user's initiated inventory

points (i.e. shift opening and closing times). Proceed as follows:

1. Enter the Start Date and the End Date, utilizing the date and time boxes

2. Select the Tank, from the adjacent drop-down list

3. Click Submit

4. Select the two inventory points from the drop down list (From and To)

5. Click To File to save the report into a text file, or

6. Click Preview to display the report in a new screen, from which report printing and

saving is possible, or

7. Click Print to open the Printers dialog box, for sending the report to a printer
